Backups, updates, plugin hygiene, and break-in prevention — the checklist we hand every client.
View checklist →Start at Client Logins. We've grouped every Internet Dominators platform — ACT, Quantum, Build A Becky, Rainmaker, Third Wave, and the affiliate dashboard — on one page with the direct login URL for each. Bookmark that page and you'll never hunt for a login again.
Open Billing & Invoices. You can update payment methods, download invoices, manage subscriptions, and access our Domain Registry for both digital products and hosting from one place.
Use the Support page. From there you can open a ticket, browse the support FAQ, or reach the Internet Dominators team by phone during office hours. A real human picks up the other end — not a chatbot.
Open the Hosting cPanel page for the direct cPanel URL and instructions. From cPanel you can manage files, databases, DNS, SSL certificates, and the rest of your server settings.
Use SFTP whenever possible. SFTP encrypts your connection and credentials in transit; plain FTP does not. Our FTP Access page has step-by-step setup for both and shows you which port and host to use.
Open Email Setup for walkthroughs covering IMAP, SMTP, and webmail on desktop and mobile clients. You'll find the exact server, ports, and security settings to plug into Apple Mail, Outlook, Gmail, and the iOS/Android mail apps.
Follow our Securing WordPress checklist. It covers backups, core/theme/plugin updates, plugin hygiene, login hardening, and the break-in prevention steps we apply to every client site we manage.
